Fair Use Pictures is an exception to Copyright Law for Photos that allows for free use of others materials.  Fair Use enables the use of materials under certain conditions:

• Review or criticism
• Research or study
• News reporting
• Judicial proceedings
• Parody or satire
• Educational/Classroom use

In some countries Fair Use is known as Fair Dealing.
